PUMPING, MEASURING AND PETROLEUM LIQUID TRANSFER PLANTS
Design and functional testing of systems for pumping, filtering and measuring petroleum liquids, built in accordance with the requirements of the European Machinery Directives, ATEX and PED. The systems are located on liftable and movable platforms (skids) and the process is automated by PLC systems.
TEST BENCHES
Design and CE certification of benches for functional and fatigue tests of mechanical parts. Construction, assembly, installation of electrical panel, on-board machine and PLC software development for automated control. Functional verification.
EXPLOSION PROOF ENCLOSURES AND ATEX DEVICES
3D modeling and drafting based on the functional and ATEX Directive requirements, in particular the harmonized standards EN 60079-0, 60079-1, 60079-10, 60079-11. Structural analyses, conducted with finite element simulation software. Preliminary tests, followed by type approval, which involved the execution of tests under the supervision of an accredited certification body. In this phase, the documentation forming part of the Technical File was drawn up. The project concluded with the industrialization of the products and the start of series production.
METAL PED PRESSURE VESSELS FOR FUELS AND WATER
Certification of pressure vessels based on the PED Directive. The vessels were classified according to the Directive and were subjected to structural analysis in order to verify, in the first phase at the design level, their satisfaction with the requirements. Secondly, the products were subjected to hydrostatic testing in order to test their structural integrity and, where required, in the presence of a certifying body. The work was concluded with the drafting and validation of the Technical File.
LIFTING CRANE FOR AGRICULTURE TRACTORS
3D modeling and drafting of hydraulic lifting cranes installed on agricultural tractors, intended for lifting and moving loads, in the nursery field.
LIFTING BEAMS AND EQUIPMENTS
Design and construction of CE certified lifting devices in accordance with the requirements of the harmonized standards UNI EN 13155. The lifting equipments have been designed and manufactured based on the specific requirements of the customer, and accompanied by a dedicated Technical File.
WALKING PLATFORMS
Design and CE certification of industrial walkways in steel and aluminum, movable or fixed, for personnel access to machinery. The structures have been certified and built according to UNI EN ISO 14122-1, 14122-2, 14122-3, UNI EN 1090 regulatories.
EQUIPMENTS FOR PRODUCTION
Based on specific customer requirements, design, CE certification and construction of equipment intended for the handling, processing and control of semi-finished products in certain stages of the production chain.
FLUID DYNAMICS CODE TOOL
Development of a calculation program in Fortran language for the characterization of the behavior of a gaseous fluid at high pressure and speed, through the stator blades of a centripetal turbine.
